Sensory Overload as an Empath
as an Empath, you must become aware of how this world can affect you emotionally.
Sensory overload is real even for those of us who do not necessarily feel connected to the situations around us, and it's super important to make sure you know how to pull yourself out of it (or prevent it from happening) when things become too overwhelming.
Your sensitivity is not a bad thing, as a matter of fact it's needed now in this world. Protect your peace when you feel yourself going into a depressive mood.
You can try things like meditation, breathing techniques, crystals, or whatever you like.
Just remember.. your sensitivity is not a weakness. Your sensitivity is needed to battle the wickedness of this world. Protect your peace from it by researching more into how sensory overload impacts you personally and how to combat it from overtaking your spirit.
