Easy to apply lashes come in a variety of cells from light to full volume, and include find tapered tips and a black lash band for an eyeliner effect. DIP IN WATER & APPLY - NO ADHESIVE NECESSARY 1. Cut the ends and fit the lash to your eye shape. 2. Fully dipped the band into lukewarm water for 5 to 15 seconds. 3. Apply to your lash line. 4.
