After Weirdmageddon, Bill is defeated and being pulled back to his dimension only to have the opening collapse on him.  Bill ends up being a human teenager, because Karma, though Bill believes that Time Baby had something to do with it.  He has no powers, but still has his memories. Gideon is pardoned due to his assistance in helping them free Mabel.

The towns folk help Stan build an extension onto the shack as a thank you for helping save us.

Stanford take Gideon on as an apprentice and they also have Bill join them.  That way they can use his knowledge and keep an eye on him.  Stanford goes on adventures with his two sidekicks, Stanley keeps the shack.  Though he’s supposed to keep the lab up and working as Stanford plans on using that as home base.  So occasionally Stanley gets packages of strange items that Stanford sends back.
