My work is hiring people interested in being Behavior Techs, Registered Behavior Techs, or even Board Certified Behavior Analysts. No college degree is required for BT/RBT, though you do get paid more for higher education & experience. We even provide tuition reimbursement. You do need a Master's for BCBA. You need your own car, & would have to travel to different locations where sessions will be held (clinic, schools, homes, community outings). Gas is paid at $12/hour, which is a great deal because it used to be at $7.50/hour. They do schedule you with clients in the area you choose, so you should never be traveling more than 25 mins but if you do go over 30 minutes then they pay you at your hourly rate for any time you go over 30. You are in charge of setting up your own schedule, which you can also change at any time (keeping in mind that it could take a week for the changes to take affect because they have to find clients that match that time- so you should request in advance). You have the option to work any of the 7 days a week between 0800-2000 (800am-800pm). Any hour worked after 6pm Mon-Fri you get paid an extra $2/hr, if you work Sat or Sun you get paid an extra $2/hr. There is also holiday pay if you choose to work holiday as long as you work the day before & the day after the holiday as well. As long as you're at 30 hrs & full-time you qualify for benefits- medical, vision, dental, 401k, HSA, & other stuff. They say it takes a special kind of person to work with these types of people- we actually believe it's the opposite. Working with these people makes you into a better special kind of person! I truly love what I do & who I work with! If you're interested, let me know, we can get you set up & I can answer any other questions you may have! #AppliedBehaviorAnalyst #FutureBCBA #EndtheStigma #SeeTheAbilitiesNotDisabilities #ABA ❤🧡💛💚💙💜🖤 https://www.instagram.com/p/ByZIdCAgUT7vk8LiEP42iFYShPRlZKiigXcrHE0/?igshid=1xl2bmvaly6ox
