This vegan apple sauce bread is tasty and moist, and it's great for breakfast or a snack. It is made with healthy ingredients and is naturally sweet from the applesauce and maple syrup.
Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened applesauce. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 cup diced apples.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Applesauce, almond milk, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract should all be mixed together in a large bowl. Sift the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt together in a different bowl. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ones and mix them together until they are just combined. Add the apple dices. Put the batter into a loaf pan that has been greased. Put it in the oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Bread should cool for 10 minutes in the pan before being moved to a wire rack to cool all the way down.
