Ingredients: 2 apples, peeled, cored, and chopped. 1 cup fresh mint leaves. 1/2 cup fresh lime juice. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 cup plain yogurt. 1 cup ice cubes. 1/2 cup water.
Instructions: Place the chopped apples, fresh mint leaves, lime juice, honey, and yogurt in a blender. Blend until smooth. Add the ice cubes and water, and blend again until well combined.
