a smirk played on his lips, a gentle chuckle filling the air as he looked down at them. he’d actually enjoyed himself, which was rare because usually people bored the hell out of him. but them - they seemed worth spending another day with. “shut up,” he said jokingly, “shut up + let me take you out on another date,” he says leaning towards them more, putting his hand above their head on the brick wall behind them. “i enjoyed myself, you enjoyed yourself. let’s do this again sometime. hm?” he says lustfully eyes looking directly in theirs, not pulling his gaze at all.

“i know i’ve been working a lot lately, but it’s -- it’s my job, i don’t really know what you want me to do about it.” 

“You can just return the shirt next time we meet up. I really do apologize for what happened though.” They were just eating lunch together at her place when her cat, Kai, thought it was okay to try and steal food from them. When she grabbed the cat when he jumped onto the table it caused her to accidentally spill the other’s drink onto them. She had them go change their shirt since she didn’t want them to stay in their shirt that was stained and feel uncomfortable later on. “He’s one that really likes food, but usually he doesn’t do that when I have people around.”
