What’s good everyone! Happy cereal Friday! This week’s pick was Kellogg’s Apple Jacks with Marshmallows. Upon opening the bag you are greeted with a surprising, but wonderful, smell of warm cinnamon oatmeal. When dry tasting the first thing you notice is that this isn’t your standard Apple Jacks. In fact, not only do the Apple Jacks have a different but delicious flavor, but the marshmallows add to the flavor and give the cereal an entirely new texture. Wet is where the true Apple Jack flavor returns. However, with the marshmallows, the cereal is given a new identity and creates a delicious taste factory for your tastebuds. Once you’re finished the cereal disappointment sets in. The cereal milk just tastes like milk. There’s no flavor runoff and you have plain milk with little specks floating around from the cereal.
