Apocalyptic Literature
I was reflecting upon Good Omens Apocalypse Week and realised I really had written quite a bit of fiction about this particular day. If you’ll excuse the self-promotion, here’s some fic, arranged in chronological Apocalypse order with author notes, appropriate for Apocalypse Day (25 Aug).
The Antichrist Effect I was pleased that this poem was included in the Good Omens 25th Anniversary Bang (May 2015) collection on AO3. The entire cast is featured.
Breathe Some before and after poetry in a strict but unusual meter. Everyone has to breathe… or do they?
Hours (time in a bottle) I really like wine. I like the idea that wine is time in a bottle and, for me, music is a special time capsule. This poem was written after multiple listens to a song from the 1970s.
Bentley What can I say? I also like autos. This poem/fic was quite inspired by attendance at a community production of The Tempest. One cannot fail to appreciate the role of the Bentley on Apocalypse Day.

Both Sides Now Another before and after based on a song from the 1960s. This one has all the elements of a typical Luna fic: a music reference, weather, drinking.
The Shipping Forecast The fluffiest and shippiest of the collection; takes place in October 2000 but refers to the Event.
