[Hetalia Inktober 2018] - DAY 3: World Cup 

“Coreano, hermano, ya eres Mexicano!”

Hey guys, remember that one time during the 2018 World Cup where South Korea beat Germany, the then reigning football champions (2-0) during stoppage time and took them down with them out of the World Cup (the first time Germany failed to proceed to the Knockout Stage since 1938). 

Then everyone, especially Mexico (who despite lost to Sweden (3-0) celebrated Korea’s victory because helped them proceed through to the next stage thanks to the World Cup’s point system. Brazil’s still salty about their 7-1 humiliation back in 2014, was just giddy to see Germany get the same treatment. Even holding a funeral to Germany’s hopes and dreams.
