I would have loved seeing the Yokoyans' reaction to finding out the little orphan girl they let nearly starve in the street was the Avatar. But the one character I wanted to see reacting to Kyoshi being the Avatar was Aoma tbh. Imagine: you make fun of this girl all your life, you bully her with your friends, beat her up, humiliate her and remind her that she's an orphan. And you continue to bully her because you envy her because while you're stuck working with your parents on their fields, she works in a nice house. For the freaking Avatar, on top of that.
And then one day it turns out that this girl you bullied and constantly tried to make her feel worthless-- she doesn't actually work for the Avatar, she IS the Avatar. Like lmao imagine her reaction. Imagine her face seeing Kyoshi in her new clothes and with her makeup on —she's described as looking like a vengeful spirit and really intimidating. Try to bully her now without shitting your pants lmao.
