I feel a bit dumb to ask this but in ao3, if people comments about "having an idea in their mind" and ask about talking in another platform, are they bots?
It seem a bit hod bcs they only talk about this and doesn’t comment on the story itself.

Question about how the hell AO3 works because i am not that smart (and a mobile user) (i can use my laptop though)
So like if i want to make a series of one-shots is there someway i can make it before the one-shots? Or do i have to make it after i write at least one? I am a little confuzled

People who know AO3 better than me, please advise.
I heavily suspect there are bots on my fic which is leading to a very high hits/kudos number all coming from guests. I don’t know what they’d be doing though. I’m considering reposting the entire thing to see if that maybe solves the issue. I don’t really care about numbers but I don’t want them to be artificially inflated either.
If anyone who’s actually been following The Day The Music Died through tumblr updates exists and it briefly vanishes tomorrow, you know why.
