Antwerps Handje 2016-2017 This work was for a competition that is held every year where your have to make an artwork inside the shape of a hand/cookie. This is a well know cookie from Antwerp, it’s shaped like a hand because the name Antwerp actually comes from hand + werpen = hand + throwing, from a legend tale.
The hand has lots of different elements of the city of Antwerp in it.
