The question about different formats of an institution replacing the museum is asked in both a theoretical and a practical way. Theoretical investigation as an open research on the concept of collection and the new functions of temporary shows in a contemporary institution. Practical as a local question concerning a concrete museum in a buffer zone of a conflict that created the possibility of a certain urban archaeology.
