His spirit thrums in time with the one before him, yet his head bows after only a minimum expanse of a moment. A sign of respect.

This place gives him the creeps. Why he has to be here, he doesn’t know. He probably overheard them wrong... No way the resistance would be hiding out here! In the sand, the spiderwebs, the monsters... Or maybe this is just the place they need. Somewhere no one would want to come...
He shudders as he jumps over a trap well rusted (or was that blood?), lantern out in front of him to ward off any unwelcome surprises. Though, the light seems to catch something oddly blue, and he quickens his pace to catch up with it.
Ah, wait... What if it was a ghost?
He freezes as he rounds the corner, though his bated breath exhales when he sees a man there. Armed, yes, but who wouldn’t be, coming into a place like this? Arbiter’s Grounds... The whole place just reeks of bad news.
“H-Hey! Are you, um...”
Great, what does he say? He’s wearing his uniform still, and there’s no way the resistance would confess if it was him...
“You ain’t a tomb raider or somethin’... Are you?”
Yeah, because that would get an honest answer.

― A gentle breeze f l u t t e r e d through loose strands of golden-blond hair, carrying with it the calm coolness of approaching night air. The sun had only begun to set, bringing an atmosphere of peace to the rolling, grassy hills – a f a l s e sense of security, some may call it. Any wanderer knew it was foolish to roam under the moonlight – lest they be k i l l e d by the dead monsters brought back by the watchful eye of the Calamity.
Perhaps Link was a fool, then, for he still found s e r e n i t y in the night. Or, mayhaps he was brave. The faintest e c h o of a memory would tell him he was equally both.
It wasn❜t rare to find fellow travelers scattered about, but it was a little o d d to find any so far from any path. As Link came to the crest of the hill he had predicted to have the best view of the sunset, he was surprised to find he was not alone.
Another was already there.
Link approached as unassumingly as he could, wishing to speak to the stranger – to know whatever it was they might have been willing to tell. Maybe it was Link❜s natural curiosity driving him to interaction, or maybe it was the strange sense that there may have been m o r e than one would assume about an apparent traveler.
@antigrafis liked for a starter!
Ganondorf didn’t know who or what the being that stood before him was. In everything he’d read concerning the Sacred Realm, there was no mention of occupants or guardians to the Temple of Light. This world was meant to be the home of the Triforce alone, and Ganondorf was not about to have his crowning moment of achievement be sullied by further interference.
“Stand aside,” he commanded.
