i'm gonna make a post on it soon but to put it simply, i got into void by affirming for 5 minutes and then doing a simple meditation ; there are other details / factors but i'm gonna save those for my post.

hi! i gained weight, i didn't affirm i would remain the same weight because at that time i didn't want that.. my main intention was just to lose weight and i wasn't thinking about the longevity of my weight loss.
