At first, David wasn't sure if he was an addressee here, but a quick glance helped him realize that there weren't many people around them and the woman was talking to him. Feeling not as chatty as usual, David wondered if he should politely decline, but after a moment he smiled and agreed with a nod. Maybe it wasn't such a bad idea and it would improve his mood.
