you need a powersaves, and under the shiny pokemon codes in ORAS, there is a reset trainer ID. then take them to the name rater and voila!

Safiri makes me think of a combination of "sapphire" and "eerie" which works since Mightyena is a dark type? That's my opinion at least! I didn't think of safari until you mentioned it!
