Anomalous Item #00029 Item Description: A number of wooden educational blocks typically used to teach counting. When the blocks are counted they manifest or demanifest as necessary such that the amount present would be represented by "10" in the chosen numerical base. Date of Recovery: 03-09-ββββ Current Status: Presumed lost after being counted in a unary number system. Current Status: In Site-21 low security storage Incident Report: During routine digitizing of paper records the item was accidentally counted using a decimal number system. This in turn caused the respective number of blocks to manifest spontaneously inside the computer's housing resulting in it's destruction.
