*lower than dirt - “サル以下” is a saying which literally/roughly means “below/equal to a monkey” meaning wise... I figured lower than dirt would be a fitting english equivalent for it
** one - “己” can mean both “Me (archaic)” and “you (derogatory)” both of these fit in the context of the song… luckily it can also “oneself/one” which is neutral so I went for it
