Tom and Jerry Headcanons: Anne Mouse
-Jerry’s mother from the Tom and Jerry Kids Show episode ‘Jerry’s Mother.’ I just gave her a name.
-Anne takes a lot of pride in games such as bingo and raffles. She’s actually pretty decent at them (or just has good luck) and even won a few prizes!
-Anne chose the name 'Anne' after the human artist that designed her. She thought it would be a nice tribute.
-Anne is surprisingly VICIOUS when it comes to her favorite sport pickleball. She is an absolute BEAST in the sport and makes sure to let everyone know it.
-Anne's favorite musician is Ella Fitzgerald. She REALLY likes the sound of Ella's voice and it always helps her relax after a hard day.
-Anne likes to collect mini calendars as a hobby. She often writes what she wants to do for the day on them.
-Anne keeps a daily journal and boy does she write a LOT. She mainly uses it to chronicle what her family gets up to.
-Anne is fond of drinking and making tea, as well as hanging tea bags around the home. She especially really likes earl grey tea.
-Her relationship with Jerry off-screen is…a bit strained and awkward. They absolutely love each other and like the rest of his created “family,” Jerry will NEVER let her fade on him but Jerry is overall VERY independent and mostly shakes off Anne’s attempts at guidance. There’s also the fact that Jerry knows and takes pride in the fact he was a Toon created by Hanna and Barbera.
-On the other hand, she is VERY close with Gera Mouse (Jerry’s sister). Gera is never shy to go to Anne when she needs guidance and Anne is always happy to provide it to her.
