1) There are now only 90 days left until Halloween. WooOoOOOooOOOOOooOOo!!

2) Crazy that it’s already August, though. I’m definitely not ready for winter, but I love autumn! Can we just have a nice, warm autumn all year long? That’d be perfect.

3) I got a job!!! I start training tomorrow afternoon. It is a salon front desk/receptionist position. I’m pretty excited, things really are starting to fall into place a little bit! The hours should work perfectly between life, dancing, and making videos. I’m kind of really looking forward to having more of a schedule. It’s nice to set your own hours, but things can easily get conjumbled, pushed aside, etc. when nothing Has to be done at a certain time. Ya know? It’ll just be nice. Not TOO busy. At least hopefully not haha. I do like the feeling of being busy, though, for the most part. I won’t be working every day either, so that will be nice.

4) I am so addicted to my Greek yogurt with cherries and honey. So addicted. It’s like the best healthy snack ever. Besides just plain cherries. Add a little cinnamon and granola, and you have a seriously yummy snack for anytime, morning or night.

5) The burst of contests on IG is coming to a close within the next few days…hoping some new ones will arise once these are done, because I just love it! I love being challenged, learning from mistakes, learning better ways of doing things…seeing everyone else’s creativity and passion, and learning from them too! It’s just been a really fun time. 6) I showered and washed my hair tonight. It really doesn’t feel that bad. I’m pleasantly surprised. I love that I usually have the time to let it air dry. Using minimal heat is one of the key ingredients to happy(-ier) hair. Also, I didn’t mention this before, but I had a couple burnt areas on my scalp, just behind my ears (the areas that had been dry/flaky in the past) that were pretty gross after the first night of bleach – happy to say that they’re pretty much gone now. I really do need to find something my scalp just loves, though. Those dry patches really drive me bonkers.

7) I finally filmed another video today, yay! I’ve been having so much fun on IG, I haven’t really been filming, just DOing, which is great for my creative mind, but I really need to crank some more videos out haha. I’m so excited for Halloween. I’m finally seeing myself purchasing my new camera within the next couple months, a light at the end of the (super long) tunnel! PS. I’m going with the Canon Rebel T5i, if anyone was curious. If I could get it before the end of September, that would be incredibly awesome. The other thing I really want is the ‘diva ring’ light. It’s pretty spendy, though, for me. That will come a little later. I think my lighting is decent and getting me by with nice quality for right now. I just reeeally want that light. haha

8) …I baked a cake last night! Almost forgot – was running out of thoughts for the day! Did I post last night? Uh….I think I did. Anyway, I got to bake a little smash cake for a photoshoot, and it turned out pretty cute! Again, photo below!
