I have always been free. Doing whatever I like, Getting whatever I want without exerting a single effort. It was always easy, wrapping people around my fingers, making them get me the things that I want. Making them fight for me. Making them do all the works I need to do. Just one strike of my sweet coated words, They’ll find their tales wiggling on my command. Yet, why are you so different.

It’s been almost like forever since I first met you. You always had this strong aura emitting around you, making them distance themselves from you. Yet it attracted me. I wanted to capture you. I wanted to see a different expression on your stoic face. I wanted you to be under my command. But you captured me.

I fell right into your trap. Just like a bird inside a cage, there is no escape. I’m under your command yet I don’t want to leave you. I’m already happy being the one closest to you but I was naive.

I was the closest i thought. I never knew that I was wrong till that day. How did I fail to notice? She was always the one who occupies your mind despite me being by your side. I failed to notice because I was afraid to.

You always wanted to prove yourself worthy of her. You always wanted to be the only one who can beat her. You always wanted to be the only one good enough for her. You only saw her.
