Some of the layaways were canceled because the people weren't paying on time, so that is a bit understandable to me since it is something some do on the DoA marketplace... It is the wait, quality, and lack of communication that concerns me.

Yes, the layaway thing is completely understandable, plus the fact that they tend to let people know about the “non refundable” bit on their layaway terms.

I first knew about this “issues” when I saw a tweet of Rosette manager that said that her contract had expired and it wasn’t going to be immediately renewed. After discussing on DoA’s Rosette thread, somebody told me that Soom was having issues with their staff (some of them were gone? and the Q/A manager too?).

Yesterday I went to check the Q/A, mostly to see the topic titles and also searching for the news topics, and I found out titles like “answer for your failures” and “problems with my order”, “doll wrong color”, “service don’t respond for broken eyes”, "fullset amber do not have outfit, wig and etc?", "horns with no magnet" and other things that mean heavy problems with their management.

I’m worried because I wanted a Soom Rosette, in fact I’m finally saving for it. Plus I don’t like a BJD company to fall like these =S
