The first Metallic Rouge episode is kinda weird
It almost feels like something from the 80s with the way it introduces you into the story
There wasn't any captivating big moment meant to catch the viewer's interest, there wasn't any big mystery meant to intrigue you, it just shows you a bit of the setting, a bit of the main characters' dynamic and that's basically it.
I'm alright with the plot developing gradually but honestly with what we have so far I have no idea what to think. What makes me kinda worried is that those 80s series had plenty of time to not be in a hurry with 25-50 episode counts but this one... Actually, I can't find anywhere any info on how many episodes they are planning, but with the way modern anime releases work it's very likely that we're gonna get a standard 12 episode season, and I'm not sure if they can afford this kind of delivery in this format. I would be glad to be mistaken though.
