It is a lead crystal 24% paperweight made in Germany - See label Limited Edition Number: 0560 / 2500. Color changes from purple to blue depending on the lighting conditions. See photos. The bottom is etched with limited edition number and also reads, "TM&©1998 Warner Bros." No box or certificate of authenticity. Weighs about 2 lbs. No cracks or chips. a couple of minor scratches on bottom. Otherwise in good condition. 4" tall X 4.25" wide X 1" thick Fun fact: The first appearance of Pepé Le Pew was in a 1945 Chuck Jones short called Odor-able Kitty. In this cameo role, he appeared under a different character name, Stinky. He appeared in Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies cartoon shorts.
