Hello Cathee! I'm the owner of "animationforever" (in case you forgot), I saw your post in the disneyedit tag (since I never check my animation blog tag). I have the same issue sometimes, and I'm not really sure why. As you already know, the new gif filesize must be under 2mb, but sometimes I get more than that myself. Did you try to use less frames? I usually use 40 frames or so and that's almost too much already. I'm sure someone else can explain it better than me. Sorry. ^^;
