Haha, nice Magyarophobia you've got there, mate. I thought you're a liberal tho? I thought you "would never fall for propaganda", yet you're here parroting disinformation about "the 1000 years of oppression" still taught in Slovak history/literature classes? I thought you know the year is 2025 and this was maybe "cute" as a tool for legitimisation of the Slovak statehood in the 19-20th century and today we don't have to do that? I thought you know that "na Slovensku po slovensky" is no better than Šimkovičová's "kultúra má byť slovenská a žiadna iná", which was marked as "fascist rhetoric" btw? I thought you know Slovakia and Hungary are now partners and allies in several organisations, from EU, NATO through Visegrad Group, Austerlitz Three, Bucharest Eight, all the way to the Pact of Free Cities, UN, Council of Europe? I thought we settled that we won't use derogatory names for ethnic minorities, so why do you still use the official name of an ethnic minority, "Maďar", to imply someone is dumb? I thought you don't like when Hungarians do these same things to us?
Are you still with me, mate? Good. Go read about Štefánik's studies in Hungary and how most Slovaks would most likely vote to remain within Austria-Hungary if there was a referendum and how Slovak Hungarians protested after the Vienna Award to be returned to Czechoslovakia because they were against the oppressive, expansive Hungarian regime of the time and go watch Pressburg (2024) too while you're at it.
Maybe even go chat with an actual real Hungarian if your generationally ingrained, collectively unopposed prejudice allows that, might be your first time.
