Cosmo and sprout spent days trying to get Shelly to stop crying

Sophia’s Sisters:

Angel Shell:

Middle child syndrome to the max

She was spoiled rotten b/c her parents were paying so much attention to Sophia (and her future) that they overcompensated with gift giving and giving her everything she wanted (except their attention)

This made her resentful towards Sophia and made her strive to be better than her. It helped that she was naturally smart (while Sophia is only study smart) but it fed into her ego and her rotten attitude. But again, her mother had the heir to her business so Angel’s accomplishes were only second to Sophia (seriously their mother was horrible, i’ll make a post about the parents later lol)

Their dad did spend time with her tho, as well as Dolly but again it wasn’t enough in Angel’s eyes (which was true). 

There was a breaking point with Sophia where she did have a major break down and ran off (she was brought back tho. She was like at high school level age) where the idea of Sophia being a failure and unfit to be her mother’s successor to her business began and Angel fought for that right to be the successor (hell, Sophia was happy Angel wanted to take her place!) but their mother stated, “Your father and I have put too much effort in Sophia’s upbringing and training, it wouldn’t make sense to let you (Angel) be the one to take my place.” 

Well, when the time did come for Sophia to take over the business, Sophia disappeared again and this time for good. Angel did step up and take over and proved successful enough, but the anger at being first snubbed of the position has festered in her mind and now she’s hellbent on finding Sophia and making an example of her weakness *this is where Sophia trying to stay out of the pubic eye comes from aside from normal anxieties in public* 

The Business (that i have yet to name lol) is nowhere near St. Canard but Angel’s eyes travel. *there will be a point where business calls in St. Canard however* Sophia is reasonably afraid of being discovered b/c 2 things can happen; 1) she could be thrust back in that stressful environment or 2) Angel could kill her to eliminate threat to her position. *like it can get freaking dark guys. In the criminal world you got to make examples of threats and Angel always give 100% when proving a point like this*

She is mean, brash, to the point, and takes NO shit. She’s not her mother that’s for sure but she is good enough not to let the business fail. In her mind, she blames Sophia. It’s a result of a neglected childhood to be honest. 

The Business:

It’s basically just trading business for the criminal world. Like black market ebay. Angel is the new CEO and rules over it with an iron fist. She has to prove herself to her employees and herself that she was always the perfect fit for the job and not Sophia. This drives her motivations and actions which get more and more skewed and out of hand as she slowly drives herself a little mad (it’s really a mental break down from all the stress and suppressed anger from her neglectful parents. More on that later when i think more about it lol

Dolly:

The younger sister

She was also spoiled by her parents to replace their absents in her life but she’s much more laid back compared to Angel and Sophia. Her early life was spent watching tv, going to acting/singing classes and being manipulative as hell. She can get anything from anyone. Angel is brash and harsh, but Dolly is sweet and just a flutter of her eyelashes and she gets whatever she (or her sister) wants. She never got to hang out with Sophia b/c of how busy she was so she grew close to Angel and following her around (at one point calling her mom at a very young age.) Hence why she chose to side with Angel during that whole power struggle over who takes over the Business.

She has developed a dependence to Angel and doesnt know how to take care of herself/or be alone so this becomes a problem when Angel becomes more unhinged.

She doesnt concern herself with the Business, she appears in commercials and such, nothing too big like a movie or what not. She is a major social media fanatic and has millions of followers (think like fashion blogger or just whatever im still working on it lol)
