Lydia felt beyond excited with the new friendship that had started forming. Even if on the back of her head, it was too early to call it something. She took her guitar case and her purse and asked her dad to take her on the coffee shop, she told Andy they’d go. She smiled with herself, because it was the first time, she had lied to her parents that she was going out with Syd and she knew whatever happened her brunnette friend would cover her up for that. As she arrived she straightened up the strap of her guitar on her shoulder and moved out of the car and inside the Starbucks coffee shop. She didn’t look around and just headed towards the queue to get her coffee first.
