Gator Chef Andy Fass
A few photos from an upcoming profile on Gator alumni Chef Andy Fass. Chef Andy is a master of Italian cooking and earned a bachelor’s in political science from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctorate from the Levin College of Law before settling down to what he loves most: cooking. After studying at the New England Culinary Institute, where he trained in la cucina italiana, Fass worked as a chef at Italian restaurants in New Orleans and Asheville, NC. He gave up being a lawyer to return to Gainesville, FL in 2007 to take over one of the city's most beloved restaurants, Amelia's Fine Italian Cuisine.
