Usually I get kinda annoyed about people Not kicking up a stink about whatever unfair thing that's happening in the UK that I would not be able to escape if it happened in the Americas but this age verification thing with Tumblr,,,,look. The child safety law here was passed like almost a year ago now and Most major companies went all in on immediately restricting access if you didn't hand over ID. Tumblr has held out pretty long in comparison I wouldn't be surprised if they were just approaching some sort of deadline for implementation on either countries affected. Like this isn't an issue that can just be solved by hounding Tumblr staff or sending support tickets over it cause like. The likely alternative is Tumblr just straight up getting banned in the UK and Brazil.
