In In My Time of Dying, when he was talking to Dean in the hospital. 

In Scarecrow, when he's talking to Meg about Dean. 

um, in  You Can't Handle the Truth, when Soulless Sam is telling Dean that he thinks he needs help at the end of the episode. That little speech or whatever. 

In Mystery Spot, when Sam's trying to convince Gabriel to change the day to Wednesday so he can get Dean back...

And in Everybody Loves a Clown where he's trying to get Dean to talk about John's death

In Bloodlust, when he's telling Dean about when the vampires took him or whatever and then they start talking about their dad and he's like , 'you're trying to use Gordon as Dad's replacement but doing that is in insult to his memory..." that shit.
