Indian Chicken Fry 😍 The juicy chicken pieces blanketed in a mix of basic spices, then deep fried to crisp outer and succulent within. ▶️Ingredients: Chicken pieces 500gms Marinade: 1. Kashmiri Chilli Powder – 1.5 to 2 tbsp (as per your spice tolerance) 2. Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp 3. Coriander Powder – 1 tbsp 4. ginger, garlic, green chilli paste – 2 tbsp 5. Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp 6. Pepper powder-1 tsp 7. Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp 8. 3-4 tbsp rice flour 9. 1-2 tbsp corn flour 10. Few curry leaves 11. Crushed garlic pods 12. Salt – to taste 1. Clean the chicken pieces.Make 2 or 3 slits on each drumstick so that masala gets inside. 2. Prepare a marinade using all the above ingredients and rub on the chicken pieces. Add few curry leaves. Keep aside for atleast 1 hour or even overnight. 3. Add rice flour, corn flour and mix well . Make sure the chicken is coated well. 4. Heat oil and fry the chicken pieces. Do not over crowd the pan. 5. Fry the pieces on medium heat, changing sides occasionally, at this stage you can add some crushed garlic pods and curry leaves for beautiful aroma and taste. 6. until the pieces are browned thoroughly. 7. Once done serve hot with some onion and lemon wedges. It is the effortless best chicken fry ever. Do give it a try!
