It’s okay, I fell back asleep! (And conked myself in the face with my phone, good job me.) 

I will however still accept an apple caramel scone, that sounds amazing.

Apparently so! See, the things you learn. I always make hummus with almond butter but that’s just because you have to buy a lot of tahini and the hummus doesn’t need much, and then there’s all this tahini....

HOLY CRAP I THOUGHT 18CT IS DIFFICULT, 22CT WOULD BE SO TINY!!!

It’s not too bad tbh, especially when you’ve got the fabric tense so the fibers pull apart a little. There are for sure some challenges but this was a good test run.

Dessert hummus is pretty good actually. Target has one that’s snickerdoodle that is aaaamazing on strawberries.

I can sorta see that one, because cinnamon is sometimes used savory-fashion, but then cinnamon is also in pumpkin pie spice, so I guess I can’t judge the pumpkin pie hummus either if that’s the case :D

It's actually not bad (my partner cannot resist buying odd food)! Definitely better than the chocolate dessert hummus. It tastes more like actual pumpkin than I expected as opposed to spices.

Chocolate hummus strikes me as being similar to that cheese that Trader Joe’s used to sell that had shaved chocolate in it. In theory, intriguing; in practice, terrifying.

She’s a youtuber, for sure. She likes fixed camera videos and especially birds videos for cats.

Dearborn has found her calling as a beanbag chair, I’m so happy for her

She does love being a lump. It’s so funny, she’s always first into the lap so she can get settled, and then when Polk comes along I might move my leg a little but Dearborn just calmly accepts however Polk wants to drape herself across or around her. She’s just like “Oh, more warm? OK!”

I love how Dearborn couldn't be bothered, either with the show or her sister using her as furniture.

You can tell your mom that Lori already got dropped entirely by Hallmark, fired off Fuller House, and that When Calls The Heart isn't getting cancelled. So, not quite enough actual fire, but she's pretty much getting what she wanted!

Oh, Mum will be glad to hear that the show isn’t getting cancelled. It’s the only show currently with a mountie in it that she has found!

But there are so many other shows about Canada that don't star university-bribing actors, Sam! Your mum can watch them! (Although, perhaps not LetterKenny, if only because it's...very geographically specific.)

She actually found When Calls The Heart because she was trying to find out when Anne With An E would be back on :D I think the problem is that most Canadian shows she can access aren’t wholesome and those that are, are difficult to find.

Is your mum the Mennonite-Pirate side of the family? Because she sounds just like my Mennonite-Not-Pirate mum when she talks about CA:CW

A) I love that we have just acknowledged that I have a Mennonite-Pirate side of the family, and B) Mum totally is of Mennonite-Pirate stock. Dad’s side is the Murderous Irish Whalers, so I have Crime Boats on both sides of the family tree, but Mum’s side is definitely the more reluctantly criminal of the two.
