My brother and I were talking about whether dragons were prey or predators because they have eyes on the side. We both agreed that they are predators but continued arguing. He said that dragons had eyes on the side because they were based off of lizards and dinosaurs, I said it was because like many ocean predators dragons need to be aware of things all around them due to flying. Where a wider field of vision is beneficial and if they need to look out for other dragon attacks.
We then talked about other ways of detection which didn't require eyes on the side. Which is a really long winded way of saying who the fuck was going to tell me that hammer head sharks can sense things via electrical feilds. THEIR HEADS ARE BASICALLY AN ANNTENNA
