Random info page #1
Vesreans horns aren’t at all defensive but are a rather unique way of absorbing magic from their surroundings. Most species absorb magic through breathing. They also serve a second purpose as they help with detecting illusions as Vesreans are natural illusionists, having developed this ability to help with hunting when the species was still developing.
-Amourus are a branch in the same tree as Vesreans but still pretty far removed, they didn’t develop the horns their cousins did but their hands are quite sensitive to magic which helps as they shift and form the earth that they live in, having dealt with the harsh winters of their cold land by retreating under the earth only to reemerge during spring and summer. They have a good relationship with some tribes of Tren, a giant species related to humans that, unlike their ground dwelling friends, spends their lives up above in the harsh winters. They are the third smallest species.
- Mammoits are a small, monkey like species with a marsupial pouch that both sexes share, women tend to carry the baby for the first three months before transferring the baby to the man to finish development. They might be the smallest species but they more than make up for it in numbers, using their large population, intricate social structures, and nimbleness to tackle pretty much any problem. They also tend to live in the canopy of their native jungles so are exceptionally hard to get to. Not to mention only a few other races could even stand within their complex, twisting towns of ladders, bridges, and branches.
These just have them in their underwear but I plan on doing more clothing.
