Fluff 1 with Ann. You remember that bet that happened a while ago?
((I’m going to be honest, I forgot I finished this))
Ann stepped up to the massive “penthouse” as her mom called it. It was unlike anything she had ever seen before and she was a little intimidated.
You see, Ann was at this penthouse because her mom had made a bet with a family friend and Ann and her sister had to stay a little bit with him.
Her mom knocked on the door and after a few seconds it opens to reveal Blackout, the person that Ann and her little sister, Ami, would be staying with. Ann had seen him before but she wasn’t too comfortable with the idea of being away from her parents, no matter if they were super tall or not. She’d be in an mostly unfamiliar place with Ami. At least before she was by herself so only she could possibly get hurt. But now her little sister was there and Ann was scared that she could get hurt.
Blackout smiled at them and motioned all three of them in. They all walked in, Ann was a little bit behind the others, keeping an eye on Ami. She might’ve taken all of her parents’ attention and left her alone again but Ann still had to protect her
Her mom and Blackout were talking but Ann was looking around. The place was nothing like she’d seen and she had been in Hell for a really long time but she guessed that living on the streets for centuries at a time would cause her to not pay attention to the changing environment.
Eventually, her mom and Blackout had finished talking. Her mom had given Ami a gentle hug. When they had let go of the hug, she walked over to Ann and ruffling her hair a bit. Ann was a little upset about not getting her own hug but she didn’t let it show on her face. Their mom had left shortly after, leaving the 13 and 5 year olds with Blackout.
Ann had stood awkwardly, much like the time when she had first met Blackout. Blackout had been talking happily with Ami ever since their mom left.
Ann must’ve had a sad look in her eyes as she watched the two of them because as soon as Blackout looked over at her, he walked over.
He knelt down in front of her and pulled her into a comforting hug, “I’m gonna make today perfect, I promise.”
Ann wrapped her arms around Blackout after hearing the words and hugged him tightly.
