As we have seen people who wear 13 cup sizes bigger than a 30DDD, (UK 30M / US 30S?30T?), 30DDD really should be available to buy everywhere, no question about it. 30DDD / UK 30E is literally the most added 30-band bra size to bratabase.com, and an extremely common size to need, and yet lots of shops don't stock it. In the U.K., you can find 30E pretty much everywhere, if not in shops then online - M&S, Debenhams, Boux Avenue, Next, Ann Summers, John Lewis, House of Fraser, ASOS, Topshop.
