AMD Gearing Up For Release; Launched AMD Ryzen 5; Featured Mobile Processor AMD K6

AMD has recently released a teaser on YouTube about its upcoming Ryzen 5 1400 desktop processor a new mobile processor. The US tech giant is restating its commitment to provide the newest technology to the gaming world and to the mobile market.

In the latest teaser video, AMD showed the world the Zen architecture’s immense power. It was also demonstrated on the video the difference between the three leading processors, the AMD Ryzen 5 1400, Intel i5 7400 and the inexpensive Kaby Lake dual-core Intel Pentium G4560.

The three processors were put together in a test. The two Intel processors mentioned doesn’t have SMT. According to the report from Videocardz, the upcoming AMD processor has been beaten up to 3.8 GHz and is now much closer to its intense rival Intel Core i5-7400.

The new AMD Ryzen 5 processor features the powerful Zen architecture with options between in6-core, 12-thread, and a 4-core, 8-thread. Along with this, reports also added that the new AMD CPU would be featuring the latest AMD Sense MI technology with multitasking proficiencies. Together with this, AMD Ryzen 5 will also include thermal solutions.

These are Wraith Spire and Wraith Stealth, which are cooling systems known to provide near-silent operation, with unique styling and top of the line cooling on board. With these features, it is expected for the new AMD processor to provide better desktop performance that would give an indulging game experience for the game fanatics. AMD’s press release provided the public the information of the AMD Ryzen 5 official release date and this would be April 11.

The Sunnyvale-based company is also reported to work with a low-power mobile processor that tackles on tablets and smartphones. The new AMD K6 APUs with 14nm technology will be launched in the market in the middle of 2018.
