RockCity ArtHouse II Allied Media Conference June 2015 Detroit, MI Photos by Bree Gant @breegantstudios This year's RockCity ArtHouse was a very proud moment in time for RCL. We had a few obstacles to tackle but in the end, we addressed each one at a head and finished with a great event. This year, with the support from the Allied Media Conference, RC Art House created a networking event called the Swap Meet. Attendees were encouraged to bring items related to art, fashion and community to exchange for new treasures. The evening also included fancy blackbean & lamb sliders provided by Detroit's Chef Sunflower, muddled cumber w/mint and limeade mojitos sponsored by Our/Detroit Vodka and sounds by the city's own DJ Stacye J. It's all in the D. Making sure events like these are free and sponsored by businesses within the community will positively impact the unifying force that we all need to be for Detroit. We are looking forward to teaming up the AMC for the next RC Art House and it being just as historical as the last.
