David Cragg’s Art for the Planet. Presented by aMBUSH Gallery and Darling Quarter who displayed four Australian artists works that use experimental and progressive approaches in exploring the pressing issue of sustainability. Cragg used the waste created by our modern consumer culture and its global implications in his art-making. This is such as reclaimed materials like half-full tins of paint, used formply (a type of plywood) and damaged supplies from worksites which all would have ended up in the landfill. 🎨🎨 #davidcragg #aMBUSHGallery (at Darling Harbour, Sydney)
