every once in a while i think about this one amazon review me and my friends at the time found for a worm on a string listing. i hope steve and rebecca are still together happy.
So I ordered earbuds from Amazon and they were shit so I left a review stating so. I never leave reviews but I wanted to save people from these shitty earbuds.
The seller reached out and offered a refund or a free gift. I was like, since you’re offering, refund please (I honestly don’t bother with refunds normally).
Now in their email they’re like ‘as a favor, can you remove your negative review?’
I told my friends this and they said to remove it because the seller was trying to help and asked for a favor. I say no because: it’s my honest review, a request for a favor not a requirement to get my refund, it’s not a small business, and the product is still shitty. I can modify the review to say the seller tried to make it right but doesn’t change the fact that it sucked in the first place.
