HIDDEN STORAGE BY PURISM
As part of the design of the interior of this home, Purism, an interior design firm in Taiwan, created a hidden nook within a wall, specifically designed to hide small items. The brick wall, which has been painted white, has a small wood section that wraps around the corner of the wall. This wood section can actually be pushed out to reveal a secret hiding space in the form of a wood box.

These types of cities are called ecological cities … Although not in the world today is so common, in the not too distant future it will begin to densify due to the same worrying situation of the environment. These are the amazing Mangrove Ocean-Eco City towers that are connected on the upper level by huge roof gardens and pools with a lush tropical landscape was located in Malaysia by CROX Architects. . An ecological city is a human settlement modeled on a self-sufficiency and supply structure and with functions of ecological and natural systems. Green cities offer a healthy abundance of resources for their inhabitants without consuming more (renewable) resources than it produces, without generating more waste than they can assimilate, and without creating toxicity for the city itself or the ecosystem. Its ecological impact on its citizens reflects a lifestyle beneficial to the planet; its social order reflects the fundamental principles of justice, equality and equal distribution. . green cities have lost steam in favor of something more realistic and almost immediate future, such as smart cities. In this case, it is much easier to approach concepts consistent with reality, since smart cities are developed through today’s cities. For example, Barcelona is considered in Spain as a territory that can be considered as a smart city in many areas.

The PAUSE, designed by Iranian practice, @AshariArchitects, is a dancing suspended brick volume inside a cube showcasing the potential use of brick material by creating distinct atmospheres. PAUSE is the childish adventure feeling and inspiration that we have not experienced since the childhood. PAUSE tries to revive the feelings that we have been ignoring. Feeling of brick texture tactile; hearing the sound of our steps on the metal sheets, looking at the sky which we pass under of it every single day without any attention to it, not even trying to pause to enjoy it. Listening to the “water features at the site," PAUSE from the outside is a cube that holds a suspended brick volume. This is adequate enough to incite the adventure and curiosity senses. By passing the brick wall entrance, we reach a dark closed space which can’t hear anything except the sound of metal sheets under our steps. We continue our journey by touching the brick textures.
