#amarantus game

this is a game i love all of the world building because somehow its so informative without feeling like a documentary or desperately shoving information in. one of my favorite parts of it is definitely just how naturally we learn about eckler culture because its never like "Oh Yeah. These guys are Like That (<-non spoiler referring to a specific trait) and heres the textbook definition of who these people are and how they thrive" its always like "heres This Guy and This Guy has This Trait, This Trait is both a part of This Guy in a very personal way and also just happens to be a key part about the world this is set in, teehee." the culture difference talk makes so much sense and does feel like these are characters from two different nationality and my other favorite part is how much pronunciation and accents are talked about because its such a little detail to point out but its so important, and how later one it does act as some sort of foreshadowing?? so so so nice, and even how often there are small pieces of foreshadowing you can pick up on your next playthrough?? i love it.
