Princess Isabel, Olivia and Quique all have ADHD ranging in servities. Olivia and Isa are massive info dumpers. Quique has a lot of the behaviors issues associate with ADHD. Olivia also has auditory processing disorder (she’s noise sensitive) and user a modified version of the spell she used in Team Isa when she is in noisy environments. All three were able to handle their handicaps and grow up to have family and live fulfilling lives. Quique took over his family butcher shop, Olivia become a royal wizard and traveled the world, Isabel became a royal inventor.

Cristina and Amara are pretty much NT, Cristina does have some anxiety and self esteem issues but that is most likely due to her physical disability. Amara on the other hand has some learning issues but besides for that she’s NT.

Princess Caterina is mildly Autistic (some of her symptoms do over lap with Isa serve ADHD symptoms). Growing up she hate socializing and preferred being with animals (sometimes bringing them into her father’s meeting). Isabel was one of her first human friends. As she got older she became more social. By the time she started at the Avaloran Science Academy people sometimes didn’t believe she’s autistic. It was hard for her to do royal visits when she was an adult but fortunately she had her parter Nick to help her.

It’s an unusually cold and rainy day in Avalor. Quique and Amara find someways to warm. (This story takes place about two and half years after the series ended so Amara and Quique are about 16)

Amara ran to open the font door. She saw her boyfriend Quique trying not to get drench in the rain.

“Quique, come inside before you get wet,” she said. Quique walked into the house.

“What do you got there, Chorizo?” Amara asked looking at the package in Quique’s hand.

“Scraps, for stew. It is so cold so I thinking that we can have some scraps stew.”

“That sounds so good, oh Diego is here and my parents are at work.”

Quique laughed kissing Amara on the lips.

“Let me get out of my raincoat and we can start cooking together.”

Amara giggled as she watched Quique take off his raincoat and helped him get the kitchen set up to cook.

“How’s stuff goin’?” He asked.

“Last night I had to explain to Diggy that he can’t marry a jaquin, again.”

Quique laughed as he chopped up some veggies. Amara draped her arms around his shoulders he felt a bit cold.

“Quique, are you cold?” She asked in his ear. Quique looked up and smiled planting a kiss on her cheek.

“If so, I can warm you up,” Amara whispered before kissing him on the cheeks. He blushed and giggled.

“Thanks, Mar, oh can you please make a fire so we can stay nice and warm as the stew is being cook.”

Amara went into the sitting room and started a fire.

“Mi amor,” Quique said walking to his girlfriend and sat next to her. He put his arm around her.

“Chorizo, you are so handsome,” she flirted. He laughed at the weird pet name she had given him. Amara jumped when thunder and lightning strikes. Quique put his arm around her again.

“Scared?”

“A little, am gonna check on Diggy,” She said getting off the couch and heading upstairs.

A few moments later he heard a scream from upstairs and Diego ran downstairs. Quique quickly shot up and ran upstairs to see Amara soaking wet trying to close Diego’s window. Quique slammed the window shut. On Amara’s fingers.

“Enrique Jr,” She hissed. Quique eyes popped as he saw Amara’s crushed fingers. He open the window enough for her to move her hands and closed again. This time not on her fingers.

“You’re an idiot, sometimes,” she cried as Quique looked at her fingers.

“But I’m your idiot,” he joked. She rolled her eyes and nudged him with her hips.

“Please get me some torrows.”

Quique went into the hall closet and pulled out a few torrows.

After Amara got changed and dried off they went back downstairs.

“You are very beautiful, chica,” Quique whispered making Amara blush.

“Well you’re muy grupo, yourself,” Amara whispered back making him blush.

“We found away to stay warm,” Amara joked sitting on the couch.

“The fire? The stew? The blanket?” He asked.

“No, Chorizo, embarrassing each other and make each other blush,” Amara laughed. Quique went over to the couch kissing her on the lips.

“That works to,chica.”

“The best way to stay warm is with, stew, a fire and cuddling with you while embarrassing each other,” Amara joked snuggling her head into his chest.

Here are a few reasons I ship Quique x Amara. Pretty sure I alway kinda shipped them so here are some of my reasons

Friends to lovers dynamic. Amara and Quique are friends (I think before Isabel started school) and friends to lovers is a pretty popular ship dynamic

This ship gives me Gabaomi vibes with them (mostly Amara) playfully teasing each other

The ‘I’m the Gabe’ scene from Team Isa

Their personalities are similar to each other’s them not being the most into school (unlike Isa and possibly Cristina)

Amara does care for Quique or at lest makes sure he doesn’t say anything stupid. In Science Unfair when Quique asks who has a favorite scientist Amara quietly points to Isa.

When compared to Jasabel I think together these ships will have a Eleteo and Gabaomi dynamic. Jasabel being like Eleteo madly in love and not being afraid to show it. And Quimara still being in love but showing it in less traditional ways.

I do see them on and off again dating in their teen years and possible marriage when they become adults 

I think since they were introduced together made me want to ship them

Quique does have a soft side (sometimes) like when he saved the Guinea pigs in Science Unfair. And Amara could bring out is soft side
