y’know, for a fic i wrote on a whim, Doubt seems to be surprisingly popular. i didn’t realize people liked any of my Merrill fic, lmao.
and god i remember the hot mess that was the first draft of Tempest. that thing went through a massive overhaul to get to where it was. but it was my first time writing a pairing that didn’t involve any of my own characters and i really just enjoyed writing the dynamic Nathaniel and Velanna have.
as for the Zevran thing... thank you. that really means a lot. i’m really glad i wrote that story, because it led to what i’m writing now, in a way, and i’m still really happy with it. even if it makes me cry when i read over it.

people hardly ever mention my Merrill stories in these kinds of thing, so i really, really appreciate that. and i’m glad you like the new fics i’ve been putting out, because i feel like they’re getting more love than i’ve given anything else in the past. :)
