A work in progress: I will give credit where credit is due. You have a client come in. Do your relevant patch test and strand test. But it all goes a bit pete tong! Why well people (clients) I cannot stress this enough lets make a stand. Don’t ever be afraid to ask your stylist about the step by step process of your hair, if you are not happy with your end result and go somewhere else this could impact your stylist. This client went somewhere that used a brand on her hair that was 1 not designed for her hair and 2. Needed its own brand colour remover to lift it out! On delving further we did the research sourced her previous history and found the reason why we could not acheive her desired colour without a noticeable band. It is always important to ask your stylist and don’t be afraid as on closer research we found that on using this particular brand it is advised the client knows that there may be a lot more work should they ever want to change their colour or lift their hair. @hollieneal you showed determination in not being beaten by the band 😂😂 and getting this client to her way and all the hard work paid off!
