- i personally think keefe is a poor friend to fitz who is also not the best friend to him or sophie. however i also think that for both boys, it makes a lot of logical sense. it makes them interesting rather than hatable.

- i unironically think the council is more problematic than the neverseen. yeah, the neverseen kill people, but the council just kicks children into the wilderness and locks people in their own madness.

- i think alvar is a really weird villain because if he wanted to take down his family, let him want that. but he for some reason has beef with his baby brother. at the same time, i do think he’s a fun addition to the plot.

- i think marella was kinda horrible to dex and sophie when she started hanging out with stina 💔 i get she was going through stuff but it still was a pretty mean thing to do. so i kinda like that their friendship hasn’t been the same since.

- i have no idea why the council chose the animals they did for team valiant’s pins. this deeply bothers me.

- i don’t mind having 1000s of books. more please mamma messenger.

- i like the novellas too. unravel has GAY people and i actually think unlocked is quite interesting.

- i’m really hesitant to judge keefe’s arc until it’s done. especially his powers since gisela isn’t done using him.

- iggy should eat a villain. idc which one.

- i think matchmaking is much more messed up than sophie acts like it is. she’s mildly uncomfortable with it, but it makes me deeply angry and violent.

- i don’t sophie chooses not to sleep in a funny tehe way. i think she can’t sleep cause trauma (i think that’s a more pinterest idea but whatever)

- the elves dying to guilt is an effective restriction on them which definitely helps with power scaling.

- alden is a former corrupt cop who uses children. i have little sympathy for him because he locked a father in his own mind for decades. prentice isn’t still the same and im still mad.

- stina is an interesting character. i want to know why she’s mean and bitter. i support her getting worse.

- ALSO i really love rayni. i know a lot of people don’t like her, but i think she’s very fascinating.

- forcing children to be cognates is weird. like really weird. especially when they’re exs.

- sophie and dex should both kiss more people. just not each other.

•like I said, he started to do hockey

He started playing ice hockey when he was walking down the street and saw a poster for a team looking for members.

•Alvar had hesitated at first: elves don't tolerate violence, and he had already seen ice hockey matches the day after Keefe left the Forbidden Cities because he was bored alone.

•He felt he needed a change, so he applied.

•The day he was supposed to take the test...even though he had never played hockey or skated on ice, he was perfect. As if he had already played it for a long time.

•He was taken and introduced to the team members but...

•one of the members was unpleasant to him: Orso, this player was cold and mean to him.

•everytime Alvar played or had the puck, Orso slammed him into the board.

•so Alvar did the same

•it lasted 2 months until...

•Alvar slipped during a match after a hard check; Orso caught him and prevented him from falling.

•It was at this moment that Alvar began to have feelings for Orso.

•And after a while, Alvar finally declared his love, and against all odds, Orso also confessed his feelings.

•and now they are together.
