In the very least, referring to alt-friendliness. Will it happen? Probably not, but I'm going to at least say it here. Glad I'm neither alone in that, nor do I really have a crazy strong attachment to 'one main character' for everything in the game. Still don't get it, as there's little point in adding things to the game if everyone's going to just play one single character. No amount of glam plates would make much of a difference.

It seems that people are generally supportive of more alt-friendliness in FFXIV.

In the very least, we should be able to mail our alts like in Final Fantasy 11. And have most if not all shop items be account bound rather than single character.
